باستخدامك لبرنامج "سوبر" (ويشار إليه فيما بعد بـ "البرنامج")، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام البرنامج فورًا.
المسؤولية القانونية:
يلتزم المستخدم باستخدام البرنامج وفقًا للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. ويقر المستخدم بأن البرنامج هو أداة للمساعدة في البحث عن المنتجات وطلبها من السوبرماركت المحلي، وأن الشركة لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن التأخير أو الأخطاء في معالجة أو توصيل الطلبات.
الاستخدام المصرح به:
يُسمح لك باستخدام البرنامج لأغراض شخصية فقط وفي حدود الاستخدام الطبيعي. ولا يجوز لك استخدام البرنامج لأي نشاط غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به وفقًا لأنظمة المملكة.
مسؤولية الطلبات:
يتم توصيل الطلبات من قِبل السوبرماركت المحلي الذي يختاره المستخدم، ويكون السوبرماركت مسؤولًا عن توصيل الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد. ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو أخطاء في تنفيذ أو توصيل الطلبات من قبل السوبرماركت.
البيانات الشخصية:
يقوم البرنامج بجمع البيانات الشخصية من المستخدمين وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، والتي يتم تحديثها من وقت لآخر. يجب على المستخدم قراءة سياسة الخصوصية بعناية قبل استخدام البرنامج. تُستخدم البيانات الشخصية فقط للأغراض التي جُمعت من أجلها، ويحق للمستخدم طلب تعديل أو حذف بياناته في أي وقت.
بيانات الموقع الجغرافي:
قد يقوم التطبيق بجمع واستخدام بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيقة من جهازك المحمول لتقديم خدمات تعتمد على الموقع مثل العثور على أقرب سوبرماركت أو توصيل الطلبات إلى عنوانك.
يتم استخدام هذه البيانات فقط أثناء استخدام التطبيق، ولا يتم تخزينها أو مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث دون موافقتك الصريحة.
يمكنك إدارة أو تعطيل صلاحيات الوصول إلى الموقع الجغرافي من خلال إعدادات جهازك، ولكن يرجى ملاحظة أن تعطيل الموقع قد يؤثر على بعض ميزات التطبيق.
الأداء والتحديثات:
يلتزم البرنامج بتقديم أفضل مستوى من الخدمة، إلا أنه ونظرًا للطبيعة التقنية للخدمات الرقمية، قد تحدث بعض التحديات أو الانقطاعات المؤقتة. يقر المستخدم بأن الخدمة قد تخضع للتحديثات أو التحسينات، وقد تحدث تغييرات في الوظائف أو طريقة تنفيذ الطلبات. ولا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن الأعطال التقنية أو المشاكل في أداء البرنامج.
حقوق الملكية الفكرية:
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالبرنامج (بما في ذلك العلامات التجارية وحقوق النشر وحقوق البرمجيات) مملوكة للشركة. ولا يجوز للمستخدم نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أي جزء من البرنامج دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
إخلاء المسؤولية:
لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار المباشرة أو غير المباشرة أو أي خسائر قد تنتج عن استخدام البرنامج أو نتيجة لأي أخطاء أو مشاكل أثناء عملية الطلب أو التوصيل. ويقر المستخدم بأن استخدام البرنامج يتم على مسؤوليته الشخصية.
تعديل الشروط:
تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت، وتُعتبر التعديلات سارية فور نشرها داخل البرنامج. وباستمرارك في استخدام البرنامج بعد التعديل، فإنك توافق على الشروط المعدلة.
القانون الواجب التطبيق:
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وفي حال نشوء أي نزاع، تكون المحاكم المختصة في المملكة هي الجهة صاحبة الاختصاص القضائي.
إنهاء الاستخدام:
يحق للمستخدم إنهاء استخدام البرنامج في أي وقت. كما تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق وصول المستخدم إلى البرنامج في حال خرقه لهذه الشروط والأحكام.
الدعم الفني:
في حال وجود أي مشكلة أو استفسار، يمكن للمستخدم التواصل مع فريق الدعم الفني من خلال القنوات المتاحة داخل البرنامج، وسيتم التعامل مع الشكوى أو الاستفسار في أقرب وقت ممكن.

The program collects personal data from users in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is updated from time to time. Users must carefully read the Privacy Policy before using the program. Personal data will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected, and the user has the right to request modification or deletion of their data at any time.
Location Data:
Our app may collect and use precise location data from your mobile device to provide location-based services such as finding the nearest supermarket or delivering your order. This data is used only while the app is in use and is not stored or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
You can manage or disable location access through your device settings. However, please note that disabling location services may affect certain features or functionalities of the app.
Performance and Updates:
The program is committed to providing the best level of service; however, due to the technical nature of digital services, some challenges or temporary interruptions may occur. The user agrees that the service may be subject to updates or improvements, and changes in functionality or the way orders are handled may occur. The company does not bear any responsibility for technical failures or glitches in the program’s performance.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights related to the program (including trademarks, copyrights, and software rights) are owned by the company. The user may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the program without prior written permission.
Disclaimer:
The company does not bear any responsibility for direct or indirect damages or any losses that may occur due to the use of the program or as a result of any errors or issues during the order or delivery process. The user acknowledges that any use of the program is at their own risk.
Amendments to the Terms:
The company reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon publication within the program. By continuing to use the program after any amendment, the user agrees to the modified terms.
Governing Law:
